We are pleased to invite you again to be part of the 41st Annual TESOL France Colloquium, 18-20 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 2022, to celebrate the coming back together face-to-face for professional development, renewing relationships and contacts as well as creating new ones.

For 41 years, TESOL France has given you, year after year, an in-person or virtual conference with quality presenters from all over the world.  We hope that you will be join us and come back together face-to-face  with our delegates and speakers over this three-day intensive professional development event. With Saturday and Sunday full of speakers, we hope to continue throughout the year through various opportunities of sharing and collaborating together.

We do understand that everyone is not on the same page with face-to-face events but the advantages of people being able to see one another are numerous. We are hopeful that you will choose to join us as we move forward to bring things face-to-face .

 Dr. Andy Curtis is a Professor in the Anaheim University Graduate School of Education. From 2015 to 2016, he served as the 50th President of TESOL International Association. In 2016, he received one of the Association’s 50-at-50 Awards, when he was voted one of the fifty most influential figures in the field, over the first 50 years of the Association. Dr. Curtis has (co)authored and (co)edited 200 articles, book chapters and books, presented to 50,000 language educators in 100 countries, and his work has been read by 100,000 language educators in 150 countries. He is based in Ontario, Canada, from where he works with language education organizations worldwide.

Thomas S.C. Farrell is Professor of Applied Linguistics at Brock University, Canada. His professional interests include Reflective Practice, Language Teacher Education & Development. A selection of his recent books include: Promoting teacher reflection in language education: a framework for TESOL professionals (Routledge, 2015); From Trainee to Teacher: Reflective Practice For Novice Teachers (Equinox, 2016); Sociolinguistics and Language Teaching (TESOL, USA, 2017); Research on Reflective Practice in TESOL (Routledge, 2018); Reflective Language Teaching: Practical Applications for TESOL Teachers (Bloomsbury, 2018). As an exhibitor, we would like to stress that your interactivity with the participants be creative after having been confined to virtual meetings for the past couple of years. If you are providing a speaker, their 30€ registration fee will be waived.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Since this is a face-to-face  event, there are some IMPERATIVES to follow for our venue. All representatives must be registered by name with us. Depending on your way of joining with us, you may have 2 people registered with us. This will be important because of the security to enter the premises.

Speakers MUST register for the conference using the Colloquium Registration Form, which will be
available on our website. Not registering for the event will result in an impossibility of accessing the venue for the event. Therefore we thank you in advance for ensuring the speaker is registered for the conference.

Since we are obliged to have all attendees registered, it will be VERY vital for exhibitors to assure their representatives registration and exhibitor stand PAYMENT  by 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡.

If you are an institutional member with us and need to renew membership, you must do so online by 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

Payments and registrations are required before the event. In the event that this is not possible, please contact the Exhibitor coordinators Debbie WEST or Sinead Namur: 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦.  

-𝐖𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬 will need to be done before 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡.  
-𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 need to be sent by post to 23 rue Nollet, 75017 Paris in advance of 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡. .

We ask you to be mindful of potential postal delays.

We waive the registration fee for 𝐭𝐰𝐨 of your stand representatives. Stand representatives MUST register BY NAME for the conference using the Colloquium Registration Form, which will be available on our website. No walk-ins will be permitted due to the security at our venue.
