HAWA's Spring Cleaning Donation Drive Sign up
Hello! 

Please complete this form to give HAWA staff a better understanding of what you're donating. Although we generally appreciate a range of donation items, for this drive we are asking for specific items based on feedback from those we work with.

HAWA's Community Closet is in the Community Resource Center and provides low-income families with FREE basic need items such as clothing, household needs and hygiene items to support their livelihood. We have great partners and community members who donate that help us keep this resource going.

It is important to note that completing this sign up does not confirm we are picking up your donation items. Once you complete this form,  we will contact you via email by mid-April:
  1.  The specifications and directions of the day and time range of pick up. This will fall closer to the end of April on a weekday during regular business hours.
           --OR--
      2. If we cannot pick up, along with directions on how to arrange a drop off at our HAWA office.
  
Pick Up Notes:
  • We are only picking up in Milwaukee and surrounding areas
  • Pick-ups will be contact-less
