Head Vs Heart: You Chose!
We spend 80% of our time in our heads, trying to control, manipulate, anticipate and protect. It is time to flip that switch, so we spend 80% of our time in our bodies.

Why? Problems only exist in the mind. Time to start detaching from our addiction to problems, suffering and worries and coming home to PEACE.

Once you have practiced coming home into your body, you will feel the power of embodiment. The ceasing of all problems.

Write out below how it feels to be in the head (Ego driven, Mind) consumed by problems and how it feels to be in the heart (Embodied, Love), so you understand the choice.

If you can move from your head to your heart ONCE, you can do it again. It's that simple. Rinse and Repeat.

Being embodied and connected to love will become your new way of being in the world.  You don't get to do it once, feel good and then stuff it in a draw until there's an emergency. It must be practiced Every Damn Day until you can do it in one breath, at will.

If there was a magic formula, this would be it, but it is a formula, NOT A PILL, that means it must be practiced. No more excuses to suffer.

This is the most precious gift you can ever give to yourself. THIS was the reason I broke through ALL my old limiting beliefs.

DAILY EMBODIMENT PRACTICE
You now understand the difference between being in your head and being embodied. You must practice until you can come into your body with one breath whenever you chose. It is really that simple. You will go into your head often, because it is your default way of being - so far. No judgment or criticism. When you notice you are choosing suffering (because of an old programme) you can choose differently. You are not 5 years old anymore- you always have a choice. Be a victim and perpetuate a cycle of overthinking, misery and self-sabotage OR you can pause. Come home and re-align with your new truth.

Just as easily as you would choose to make a cup of tea, choose to come into your body. Gently acknowledge the ego dragging us back to what is comfortable (pain, suffering, stress, worry, life is unfair etc) you remember YOU ARE SAFE; we do not need to hang out in the head and instead chose the pleasure of coming home and connecting with the truth: We are love, infinite, divine and worthy as fuck!

We practice until we can come home into our bodies at will with a breath.
