Welcome to the online registration for Nashville Notes (NN) 2024-25 school year! This is PART 1 of 2.

Registration Process:
1 - fill out this FAMILY INFO REGISTRATION form
2 - fill out the STUDENT REGISTRATION form for EACH student. (the link will appear after you click "submit", on the confirmation page.)

Within 1 week, you will receive an email with your invoice attached. This will have all payment options clearly noted on page 2, with specific amounts of each payment if choosing installments.

Paying by check: All payments (deposit and post-dated checks, or full payment) can be mailed to Nashville Notes, P.O. Box 680102, Franklin, TN 37068

Paying by PayPal: Email bookkeeper@nashvillenotes.org with "PayPal Invoice needed" in the subject line. In the body of the email, state the specific payment plan you would like to use as designated on the invoice. Then watch your inbox for a PayPal invoice.
