Your audition video should show at least 1.5 - 2 minutes of choreography and should also ideally record the entire music track (students can sit down or wait off screen) so that the committee can hear how the item develops etc. (to aid in programming).

The video should be supplied as a YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive link. Please ensure you have applied the correct settings to allow the committee to view the video. E.g. YouTube, use "unlisted" or "public", NOT "Private"; For Google Drive, change share settings to allow anyone with link to VIEW. The committee cannot be responsible for chasing broken links.

Please ensure correct spelling of names, including item, school name and choreographer as this will be used for the program.

NB - Google Forms now has an auto-save function. Your draft response will automatically be saved (for up to 30 days) when logged in to your Google account. To view your draft response, simply reopen the form link when logged in to the same Google account. A copy of your responses will be sent to your email when you submit the form. You may edit your response up until the due date.
