Starting
the 2024, and since there is a lot of healing that needs to take place
in this world, we always must start with ourselves.
Reiki
is one powerful healing methodology to cleanse and release all the
accumulated stress, anxieties, worries and helps building trust,
confidence and empowerment.
The
word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's
Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So
Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki
is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and
self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping
virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a
beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical
or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
We
will be starting to teach level 1, with a prerequisite of two healing
sessions to be able to understand and feel the energy involved.
Our methodology goes as follow:
Level
1 Reiki Healing, allows you to train yourself to feel your energy, to
feel what happens when you add Reiki, to feel the different sensations
in your hands, and the difference between giving your energy and
transmitting that of Reiki. This first level is also a learning moment
for chakras to better understand how to use Reiki and the concrete
implications when dealing with areas of the body.
This
learning time prepares for the second level where it becomes important
to be aware of what you do as soon as you start treating another person.
Your responsibility is greater and your listening must also develop
accordingly.
Learning
times are periods of integration and personal study these are necessary
to develop both your abilities, the sense of responsibility that
involves the care of a person, and the humility that this practice
requires.
To
do this, it is important to develop a relationship with your own energy
and knowledge about the links between symptoms and chakras so that each
gesture you make is in keeping with the person's energy, and needs
because of its imbalance.
Level 1 Courses are offered on specific dates on Saturdays:
Prerequisite 2 healing sessions to understand the Reiki Healing Energy and to feel the shifts within yourself.
Full day Course goes as follows:
10: 00-10: 30 presentation
10:30 - 11:30 Introduction to Reiki
11:30 -1: 00 first initiation
1:00 - 1:45 lunch break (raw vegan or plant-based vegan)
13: 45-14: 30 Reiki session (individual) (others will meditate in the meantime) and receive Reiki energy at the same time
14: 30-16: 00 Second Initiation
16: 00-17: 30 Healing session
17: 00-18: 30 Questions and Answers
