Note: that new student groups will not be considered when their primary mission and focus is too similar or closely redundant with another group that already exists within AS&E. University recognition and affiliation is only awarded after submission of all necessary forms/information, and after review by AS&E Graduate Education & Postdoctoral Affairs. You may be contacted to provide further information/clarification, and will be notified by AS&E GEPA if organization is eligible for approval. If so, you must turn in a constitution, meet with an advisor, complete any necessary trainings and follow all procedures, rules and guidelines that are outlined by all University of Rochester entities.  This includes but is not limited to Wilson Commons Student Activities, Residential Life and Housing services, University Dining, University Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety. Student groups will be contacted for periodic evaluations/renewals. Do you acknowledge this process and agree to following and abiding by all University guidelines? *
