NEW - Madahoki Farm is able to offer ROUGH camping for our Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival guests. We have cleared part of a field at the farm (near Parking Lot 2) to be able to offer ROUGH Camping - no services or hook ups available. Imagine finding a nice spot in an open field.
We are offering tent camping spots for $40 for the weekend (June 21 and 22)
and offering limited spots to small RVs/Campers to park at $75 for the weekend.
The cost is per tent/camper so if you require 2 tents it would be $80 for the weekend.
Please note that the camping spots includes the following:
* a portable toilet and hand washing station for shared use
* shared costs for overnight security
* shared costs of a large light.
You will need all your camping supplies, any quiet generators welcome. We do have a large light but you will require flashlights. There will be a shared firepit in the area if there is no fire ban in effect.
The same rules apply as the Pow Wow - there are no dogs on site and absolutely no drugs or alcohol. Please be respectful to your fellow campers. Payment will be required by e-transfer to reserve your site. Payment should be sent to finance@indigenous-experiences.ca and note your name and that it is for a campsite. One parking space is included in P2 near your camping spots but you will not be able to drive to the spots - we can assist with the golf carts during festival operating hours.
You can arrive and set up during the established set up/tear down or operating hours of the festival only.
June 21 - only between 9am to 7 pm
June 22 - only between 3pm to 7pm
