To enter Simsport Racing International community events you will be asked to provide and give permission to record personally identifiable information on an entrance form. This will include your name, team name, email address and Steam ID. We will only use this information to enable recording of virtual lap, race and championship data from within simulator/game software used to host Simsport Racing International community events or to contact you in relation to entrance to events. This data will be displayed via our time recording software and championship pages on our website https://www.simsport-racing.com while being publicly visible, except for you email address which will be stored privately on internal Simsport Racing International systems. Simsport Racing International will not use your personal information for any other purpose nor transfer it to a third party. Should you wish to exercise your right to be forgotten, data rectified or other concerns related to recorded data you can contact us simsportracinginternational@gmail.com.
