Each class signup entitles you to the live Zoom session and a private video link for the recorded version of the workout uploaded within 48 hours of class. If you are unable to attend the live session, this sign-up provides with the recorded workout within 48 hours of the session instead.

All sessions are 45 mins in length
*For the Circuit Breaker period only, all recorded sessions are available for unlimited viewings by the paid user up to 1 June. Recorded workouts uploaded from 20 May onwards will be viewable for 2 weeks from date of upload.*
