World Games 2022: Application Form for Pre-Trials and Selection
The road to the World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Alabama, starts here. We are delighted to open applications to attend a pre-trial session, and applications direct to the final trial, with this form.

Please read the details of the trial process here: https://www.ukultimate.com/story/world_games_2022_season_plan and note especially that attendance at a pre-trial is expected except in exceptional cases.

Please fill in this form by 11:59pm on Sunday 19th September.

Pre-trial details:
We believe that competitive trials are a brilliant way to gain experience, practise mental resilience and meet different people. We would like to strongly encourage athletes to consider trialling, even if you feel that there are key areas of your game that still need developing. It's for this reason that we are running an extensive pre-trial process:

Edinburgh -- Saturday October 16, 12-5pm
Manchester -- Saturday October 23, 12-5pm
London -- Sunday October 24, 12-5pm

In this form you will be asked about your availability for each location: please note that if you say you can go to a pre-trial we may ask you to do so; and we will not be judging/selecting people on their flexibility or ability to make themselves available for multiple pre-trials. Please do the appropriate research about travel in advance of checking the boxes!

We will seek to give as many applicants as possible the opportunity to attend a trial, but will make initial cuts based on application forms and references. As such, the form below is a substantive part of the trial process.

Main trial details:
Edinburgh -- Saturday-Sunday February 19-20, 2022. Provisional timings: 12pm Saturday-1pm Sunday.

World Games details:
Tournament: July 7-17, 2022. Expect to need to travel to Birmingham, Alabama on or before July 5th.
