Welcome to our Application for E.A.S.T. Group Rapid Response Class. Please fill this application out in it's entirety for consideration for the upcoming Cohort.

Individuals are evaluated on past courses, safety, marksmanship, skills, abilities, and various other areas to look at the entire person.

This application will be reviewed by E.A.S.T. Group instructors and Cohort peers for as a part of the process. Submission of this application does not guarantee your acceptance into the program. I understand that this course will be physically and mentally demanding of me. I understand the policy that there are no refunds for the course if for some reason I am dropped from the cohort once training begins. *

I understand that there is a deposit of 50% down (if chosen) by October 1, 2023. This is non-refundable to hold your place. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the Cohort. *
