Digital Access Survey
To better serve our community and to comply with NYSED reporting requirements, please fill out this short 9 question survey so we can assess the access to internet services in your home.  All responses are kept strictly confidential.  We appreciate the opportunity to assist in getting broadband internet available to all areas in our school district.  NYSED REQUIRES ONE SURVEY FOR EVERY CHILD IN THE HOME.
