Self-Assessment: Identify Aspirations & Product-Market Fit for Your Career Success.
For any job role here, we need to identify the occurrence and repetition of numbers within our immediate environment across four parameters.
About 1000 million people living in India today are older than 18 years.

  1. We have to find in our immediate environment (of 9 houses in all directions radially)*; that if the occurrence of all 4 parameters is zero; then we absolutely should not pick this job role for the success of our career.
  2. But if we find repetitive occurrences of more than one in each segment, more than twice in any three segments, more than thrice in any two segments or more then quadruple in any one segment; we can happily choose to apply for this role.
  3. *Let's say we want to find the boundaries around us, to check 1 part per million (PPM) of population; where approximately 1,000 people (of targate age group: older than 18 years) live. We can estimate this by using the following steps:
  4. Dividing by Pi: We divide the target population (1,000) by the mathematical constant Pi (approximately 3.14). This gives us 1000/3.14 = 318.47.
  5. Finding the Radius: To find the radius of the area where these 1,000 people reside, we take the square root of the number we obtained in step 1. This gives us the square root of 318.47, which is approximately 17.84.
  6. Accounting for House Occupancy: Since not every house has only one person, we need to consider the average number of people (of targate age group: older than 18 years) living in each house. Let's assume an average of 2 people per house.
  7. Calculating Houses in all Direction: We divide the radius (17.84) by the average number of house occupants (of our targate age group) is (2). This gives us 17.84/2 = 8.92.
  8. Interpreting the Result: This means that in every direction around us (360 degrees), we need to check approximately 8.92 or 9 houses to find the 1,000 people we're looking for.
  9. This calculation helps us estimate the geographical area where a specific population resides, taking into account average household occupancy.
  10. Note: This is a simplified example. Real-world data might require more complex calculations and adjustments.
  11. For a sample survey we can sit together with a few senior citizens to know about parameters 1 & 2. Sitting at any square or by the street side we can observe parameter 3 & 4.
  12. But for accurate data we have to find just 1000 persons, we have to visit 9 houses in every direction around us; to find accurate, realistic and believable data.

1.  Number of Graduates earning less than 3LPA (or not earning at all)
Because occurrence of it will decrease general standard of living in our immediate environment.
2.  Number of People died in the last decade before reaching the age of 70 years.
Because the occurrence of it dents our average longevity and decreases OUR NATIONS position in the HDI.
3.  Number of People with Visible Belly Above Beltline
Because the occurrence of it shows us too many hurdles in the way of Healthier life span; in our immediate environment.
4.  Number of Adults with baldness exceeding 5% (hair loss).
Because occurrence of it shows us too much stress in the way of prolong longevity;  in our immediate environment.

What is the mission 2024?
"Establish structure to boost India's position in the Human Development Index (HDI)."
Question: What is HDI

Answer: HDI is The "Human Development Index" which is a summary measure of average achievement in key dimensions of human development:

1. a long and healthy life

2. being knowledgeable and having

3. a decent standard of living

The HDI is the geometric mean of normalized indices for each of above three dimensions.

It was created to emphasize that people and their capabilities should be the ultimate criteria for assessing the development of a country, not economic growth alone.

Question: Why is this mission?

Answer: Because despite being part of privileged few, we are still part of low HDI nation

Question: How are we going to accomplish it?

Answer: By preventing premature death of more Indians in the next three years then the entire population of Switzerland.

Question: But again how will we accomplish it?

Answer: By enrolling 141 000 graduate students,  for “30-day job oriented practical training course” at Institute of Kitchenopathy® and deploying them at Grioki®; after their successful course completion.

It is our daily mission to prolong longevity, Healthier life span & standard of living in our immediate neighborhood.
