Spring and Summer 2021 Classes
This spring and summer I am offering several classes -- an academic skills class for teens, an introductory essay writing class for middle school and high school students, a 3-month photography class for teens, and a class on teaching online courses for adults.

Academic Skills for Teens
Audience: For students 13+
Format: Canvas-based lessons with a weekly 1-hour Zoom workshop
Duration/Cost: 6 weeks, $150
Schedule: Wednesdays 4 to 5 PM from March 31 to May 5

Introduction to Essay Writing
Audience: For middle school and high school students without much essay writing experience
Format: Canvas-based lessons with a weekly 1-hour Zoom workshop
Duration/Cost: 6 weeks, $175
Schedule: Thursdays 4 to 5 PM from April 1 to May 6

Digital Photography Workshop
Audience: For students 13+
Format: Canvas-based lessons with a weekly 1-hour Zoom workshop
Duration/Cost: 12 weeks, $300
Schedule: Tuesdays 4 to 5 PM from May 11 to August 3

Teaching Online Courses
Audience: For adults
Format: Canvas-based lessons with a weekly 1-hour Zoom
Duration/Cost: 10 weeks, $350
Schedule: Mondays 6 to 7 PM from May 10 to July 26 (with two Mondays off, one for Memorial Day and one for Independence Day weekend)

I will be in touch once the courses have met their minimum enrollment and a non-refundable $50 registration fee will be due at that time to hold your (or your student's) place in the course. This $50 will be applied to your tuition for the class -- it has proven necessary to charge a registration fee for classes that have met their minimum enrollments to avoid students dropping out at the last minute and leaving the class under-enrolled with little time left to fill their spots and an unexpected financial deficit for the instructor. The full payment for courses is due by the first day of class - students will receive access to the Canvas and Zoom links once their tuition has been paid in full.
