Please complete the questions below (by April 23rd) so we may better plan for our upcoming gathering. By doing so:
1. Your name(s) will be added to the appropriate class pages in the "who's coming" section of the website at http://www.MinorTigers.com.
2. We will prepare a name sticker for you which will be available at the door.
3. If you wish to purchase food, we would ask that you simply answer Y/N so that our food truck can better prepare. The entire menu will be available except for drinks (must be purchased from the Eagles Lodge in accordance with our rental agreement). THIS INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED IN THE SECOND SECTION (page two) of this form so click NEXT at the bottom and continue to complete the form.
