1. It was a good decision by the CBSE Board to cancel the 10th grade examination. *
2. The CBSE Board should have postponed the 10th grade examination. *
3. The scores/marks given to 10th grade students as per the new assessment policy is fair and just for the students. *
4. Providing a reference year for calculation of marks is not fair as students in each batch are different. *
5. CBSE should have declared all students as PASS and declared the results of Grade X. *
6.  The assessment policy is a child -centric policy. *
7. New schools are benefitted by the policy more than the older schools. *
8. The entire exercise of   preparation of result sheet based on internal assessment is a waste of quality time of teachers. *
9. In lieu of the pandemic, CBSE should have brought out a better assessment pattern at the beginning of the academic year 2020-2021. *
10. The policy will create a large-scale dissatisfaction among parents and students. *
11. CBSE’s clause mentioning that ‘Students who are not satisfied with the results can appear for the board exams as when the condition is conducive’ will be beneficial to the students. *
12. The policy provides scope for schools to misappropriate results. *
