The information provided, with the exception of diversity information, will be seen by members of recruitment boards, HR staff, other managers in Genomics England, head hunter organisations who are managing a vacancy on our behalf and our recruitment services supplier, Green Park.
Diversity data provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. Aggregated anonymised data is used in our recruitment processes, to enable us to ensure that we promote diversity as far as possible. The only case in which data relating to a specific individual will be used is to assist in making a decision between two equally qualified candidates, in accordance with section 159 of the Equality Act 2010, and following the principles of positive action.
