The South Sioux City Community Schools values the feedback of our students and their families. We understand that as a family, you reside within our school boundaries but have decided to enroll your child or children in another school district. To help us analyze why families may choose to leave our district, we ask you to complete the following brief survey. This information will be used to build improvement plans for our schools and district. We will not share any identifying information with anyone in the school district.
