You should open this up PRIOR to your match, and fill in the first few pages. That takes care of your email address and round, the date played and division, as well as your name and your opponent's name. You should start the match once you get to the "Results" page with the the games listed. You might want to have this open on a separate computer screen, while you play, just to make it easier.

Once you have marked all the games (win/loss, forfeit win/loss, or postponed) along with optional highlights, the next page will allow you to enter the approximate amount of time played, and any other comments you have regarding the match. Note that these may eventually be public, so please keep it "nice."
