ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE CAMPER: Please tell us any other facts that might affect his/her time during the camp. For example if he/she is easily home sick, has a tendency to wet the bed at night, sleepwalking or any illness or exceptional behaviour. How do you think these should be taken into account by our staff during the camp?

MEDICATION:
Please let us know if the camper needs to take any medication during the camp. Which medicine and for what reason? Should the medicine be taken regurlarly or only if symptoms occur? Our First Aid responsible staff member will collect all the medication in her premises in order to keep them safe. Even if the camper is used to take the medication by themselves, may it be forgotten during the camp. The camp staff will hand out the medicin in the mornings (7.00-8.00) and/or evenings (20.00-21.00). Write here the name of the medicine, its strenght, dosage and the doctor's name who prescribed it. Also pack the prescription with the medicine.

PRESCRIPTION FREE MEDICATION: If the camper is likely to get some relief for symptoms eg. headache or allergic reaction, is our staff allowed to give her/him prescription free medicines such as paracetamol, ibuprofein or cetirizine? Choose from the options below:

PERMISSION FOR PHOTO AND VIDEOMATERIALS (for the guardian and the camper)
During the camp there will be taken photos and videos. The materials may be used in social media and for promoting the camp. By accepting the permit the camper and the guardian are able to instruct us on how the materials can be used.
- I accept that the organizer of the camp is allowed to use the photos and videos on their website, social media and printed materials and ads.
- I accept that the the organizer of the camp is allowed to use the materials without any form of payment, charge or dispursal to be requested at any time or circumstances.
The campers will only be shown in good and positive contexts. The names will not be published without consent
When publishing photos or videos of an under aged (under 18 years old) in the Internet, one must get a permission from the guardian. We highly respect the camper´s own wishes on publishing and/or sharing the photos. This is why we ask the permission from both, the guardian and the camper
