You are voluntarily participating in the activity at your own risk and are aware of the risks associated with participating.  These risks could include, but are not limited to, falls, contact with other pedestrians, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic, the conditions of the road and stairs, and all such risks being known or unknown and appreciated by me when out running on my own without any type of support from local officials or event organizers.  All participants do so at their own risk and the college does not assume any liability for injuries or deaths suffered while participating. As with all physical activity, individuals should consult with their doctor before participating. *

RACE T-SHIRTS:  Storm The Stairs is FREE to participate in, but as a result of limited resources, this year COCC is only able to provide Storm the Stairs t-shirts for free to students, who are our first priority.  Staff, faculty, and community members who are interested in purchasing this year's new race t-shirt will be given a link to our online store after completing this survey.
