Dear Grade 5 Parents/Guardians:

We are excited about the upcoming basketball season. Girls practices will continue to be held on Wednesdays after school till 4:15. Players must adhere to our school code of conduct to play on this team. We will be playing in a tournament at Hyde Creek Recreation Centre with a few teams from SD43 on February 4th after school hours and at the Our Lady of Assumption tournament on February 11th during school hours.  

Please complete the following permissions for each tournament.

Date of tournament:   Feb. 4 and Feb. 11

Students will need to bring: school gym strip (mandatory), lunch/dinner, healthy snacks and water bottle, and money for concession.
   
Departure time:
February 4th - 2:30pm  from Port Coquitlam Campus
February 11th - 9:00am from Port Coquitlam Campus

End time:
February 4th - Approximately 7:30 pm  at Hyde Creek Recreation Center
February 11th - Approximately 2:30 pm at Assumption (we will then walk back to HLCS for dismissal)

Supervision:  Mrs. Olding and various parent volunteers

Transportation provided by:
Feb 4th - Parent Volunteer drivers
Feb 11th - Walking (need parents to walk with us)
