Morningside Middle School: Return to School Intent: 2nd Quarter
Parents - Please complete this form if your child is currently learning in the "Remote/Virtual" platform. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM PER CHILD! This will help us plan for the number of students wanting to return to school November 11, 2020. This will be the final opportunity to return to "in-person learning" until the beginning of 2nd Semester, which is February 8, 2021.  If your child is already "In-Person", you do not need to complete the survey. Again, please make sure to complete one form per child.

Please also note that if your child remains temporary remote, they may or may not continue to have a Morningside Middle School teacher.
