**We will have many many fundraising opportunities over the year. We have never had to turn away a teen due to an inability to pay, and will do everything in our power to help teens attend. There is also a national scholarship through Life Teen that all teens are welcome to apply for - this application will be due sometime in December. When I receive the dates from Life Teen, I will be sure to share them with you as well!

Description:
This retreat is put on by the national Life Teen organization and hosted in the mountains of Georgia. Two parts summer camp, one part church camp, this retreat is a spiritually rich experience for any one in any stage of their spiritual journey. We’ll join other youth groups from around the country in an entire week of growing intimately with Jesus and creating community in a very intentional and fun way. Through white water rafting, hiking, messy games, lake time, Mass, Adoration, and personal prayer, this retreat introduces teens to the incredible life we are offered through Christ and his church. This is seriously a retreat you do not want to miss out on.

The retreat is very popular. Because of this, we have to request our spots on the retreat in September, and we aren’t guaranteed the dates we request. Most likely we will go July 26-31, but I will find out for certain some time in September.


Pandemic concerns:
The camp handled Covid extremely well this year, and if we are in the same boat next summer as we are this year, there will be a number of precautions we will have to take.
One week prior to departure, all attendees will be required  to take a Covid test and prove a negative result.
Within the camp, we will be socially distanced from other groups.
They have taken serious sanitizing precautions, and more than likely masks will be required for certain activities.
