DSAMn Trunk or Treat Volunteer Form
We are looking for a dozen families to volunteer and participate in our Family Halloween Trunk or Treat at the DSAMn Office!  This event takes place Saturday, October 28th, 11am- 2pm, so you'll need to arrive early and stay later to set up and take down your car's decorations!  We will also need you to provide candy/treats/favors for up to 200 kids.  Choose a fun theme for your car and your costumes and join us for an afternoon of fun!
We will send you a separate confirmation email a week before the event with additional details.
