We greatly appreciate your interest in donating an auction item. This form helps us track auction donations. If you have a picture of the item you can send it to bellison@butterflybridgecac.org after filling out the form below.
The drop off date for auction items is Monday, Jan 22nd from 8:00am-1pm and from 4:30-6:30pm. If this date/time does not work we can arrange drop off prior to the event but I will need you to contact me to set that up. Cell # 251-622-1778
Drop-Off location will be at the BBCAC office (502 5th Ave North, Clanton). We ask that you use the parking lot and entrance on the right side of the new addition.
If this drop-off date doesn't work for you, please let me know and we can work out a different time.

You will automatically be registered for one ticket to the event when your auction item is received. If you would like to go ahead and register a bidding account for the auction, please text "Flutter" to 243725.
