* Gong Baths are not a replacement for medical treatment and we do not make any medical claims about its use.
* If you have epilepsy, please check with your doctor before attending as some rare forms of epilepsy can be triggered by sound.
* If you are pregnant, gong meditation should be safe but please do your own research to make sure you are comfortable and let us know if you are pregnant. General advice is to avoid during first trimester.
* If you have severe or clinical mental health disorders, please check with your doctor or mental health professional to make sure the event's activities will be safe for you.
* If you have any implants or plates in your body (such as metal plates, pins, or ball joints), please check with a medical professional before attending.
Other practical info:
* Please bring along your own yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and/or blankets.
* Wear comfortable, warm clothing, as body temperature tends to drop in states of relaxation.
* Warm socks are recommended as you are kindly requested to remove shoes before entering the gong space.
* Avoid drinking alcohol, caffeine and eating a heavy meal before the event.
* Please avoid wearing noisy jewellery and strong perfumes in consideration for other attendees.
