• All requests must be placed 4 weeks prior to the desired date and are not considered valid until a confirmation email has been sent

• To insure equitable access to the museum we prioritize groups with socio-economic need, all other requests will be confirmed space permitting
• Unregistered groups will not be guaranteed free entry or admission
• You will automatically receive a copy of your request
