Integrative Instructional Retreats 2024
The post pandemic era of education is here, ripe for the rising, the recreating! And who and how we are called into leading, coaching, and serving is different than it’s ever been before.

Hosted in my private and serene retreat space in Lakewood, educational leadership teams (2-7 people) are invited for two days of deep, immersive work into all things coaching and leadership.  Not only will teams experience many of the practices and approaches of Integrative Instructional Coaching, they will then be explicitly trained in how to use these methods with individuals in coaching and in larger facilitation settings.  Leaders and coaches will leave feeling ready to start integrative coaching right away, better prepared to facilitate groups, and truly tapped into how to lead for meaningful and authentic conversations that are the gateway to the team's vision for their school in the post pandemic era of education.

Below please select your pair of retreat dates.  The second retreat is hosted six weeks after the first retreat so that the team has time to integrate the learning and come back with questions so that the work can be refined and deepened.  

All retreats are facilitated by Maggie Riley.

Two day Integrative Instructional Retreats are $6,250 and include the retreat space, content materials, and all food and drink for both days.
