Thank you for considering adopting/rescuing your new pet. Please copy and paste the entire application (including the **Please Note**) and return it to the email address in which it was sent from.

 

Please read the entire application, there is information that is very important that you need to know.

 

 

The adoption donation fee applies. Each and every pet is fixed and has had at least two sets of DHPP Vaccines. Along with spay or neuter and age appropriate vaccines, all puppies are current on dewormer and flea/ heartworm prevention and microchipped. 

 

Reviewing applications is a timely process, once you submit your application, we ask that you communicate with us ASAP if you find a pet elsewhere. Our volunteers put a lot of their personal time into reviewing applications and it’s unfair to them to take the time to review an application only to contact the applicant and find they have adopted elsewhere.



In order to be considered as an adopter you must:

  1. Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if renting).

  1. Allow rep to contact both vet and personal references.

  1. Consent to a home visit. 

  1. Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a pet. 


Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption, and we retain the right to refuse adoption for any reason.
