* A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH STUDENT.

* Fee of $10 per slot; no sibling discounts. Fees for Music Link students will be waived with verification of eligibility.

* Registration forms must be submitted and fees postmarked by midnight of the due date, or a late fee of $10 per teacher will be assessed (see website for due date). No phone registrations will be accepted.

* If one teacher registers 8 or more students, the students will be divided between at least two recitals.  

* Time limits: 5 minutes per student.
- Students may perform more than 1 piece, provided the total does not exceed the time limit.
- Students who wish to play longer may do so by paying for additional slots. However, other students will be accommodated before students requesting additional slots.
 
* SEND 1 CHECK FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF REGISTRATION FEES PAYABLE TO "SPTF" TO THE TREASURER, Fran Gabay.
