Gateway Mural - St Pauls & St Agnes
Consultation open Monday 13 June until Sunday 26 June 2022

We are inviting you to help co-design a new gateway mural for St Pauls & St Agnes!

The mural,  commissioned by Prelon Housing for the new Brighter Places housing development on Lower Ashley Road will be installed on the side wall of the building later this year.

The location of the new artwork is highly visible to anyone entering St Pauls & St Agnes from the M32. It’s a real opportunity to give a vibrant welcome to the area and make the new homes look and feel like a part of their surroundings.

Working with the team behind Upfest, Europe’s largest live street art and graffiti festival and Brighter Places, an artist will be selected to work with community members to gain inspiration and lead the creation of the large scale mural.

This questionnaire has been written to help capture the thoughts and ideas of people who live or work in St Pauls & St Agnes and the surrounding area.  It’s a chance to co-create a piece of artwork that the local community will be proud to have in its neighbourhood.

A number of respondents whose ideas inspire the artist’s imagination, will be invited to a design workshop to help further develop the design.
