• All dogs are to remain on leash at all times
• Leashes to be no longer than 6' in length
• NO nose-to-nose meetings between any dogs
• NO play between dogs
• Space is given at all times unless otherwise agreed upon with another Owner
• Your dog MUST be under physical control at all times
• Muzzles are strongly recommended for dogs struggling with dog reactivity
• Muzzles are REQUIRED for aggressive dogs (including dogs who showcase aggressive outbursts and dogs with a bite history)
• No judgements are welcome in our Pack! Training tools are accepted and used by many Owners within the Pack
• Every dog requires at least one handler
• It is expected that you already have a good foundation and understanding of your dog's body language, ques, triggers and thresholds
• You must be presently working on your handling skills - we will not risk the safety of the pack if you are not confident in your handling. We have the right to ask you to leave if you are putting others in danger

• Comfortable and waterproof footwear
  
• Lots of high value treats or whichever reward your dog loves best
• Water and/or refreshments for yourself
• Training tools are welcomed (e-collar, prong collar, muzzle)
• Muzzles are strongly recommended for dogs struggling with dog reactivity
• Muzzles are REQUIRED for aggressive dogs (including dogs who showcase aggressive outbursts and dogs with a bite history)
• A sturdy and reliable leash no longer than 6’
• Visuals are always helpful if needed (harness with training patches or leash wrap)
• Bear Spray and bear bell 
• Poop bags
• A Positive Attitude!

Participation for our walks is $10 per person/dog. Spots are not reserved unless payment has been made in full via our website. Collaboration pack walks with professional dog trainers and/or professional photographers will have their own rate to participate.

Cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance from the scheduled date of the pack walk and/or hike. Participation and spot reservations are non-refundable and will happen rain, shine, or snow.

You, the Dog Owner, agrees that yourself and your dog may appear in images and videos taken by Kimberly-Anne Lindsey, others within the pack and any professional photographers hired during the course of any and all pack walks and pack hikes, and will be the exclusive property of Kimberly-Anne Lindsey. I consent to the use of photographic images and videos of myself and my dog to be used for marketing, website materials, instructional videos or any other purposes Kimberly-Anne Lindsey and Outbound Canine Co deem fit.

If Kimberly-Anne Lindsey chooses to hire a professional photographer, yourself and your dogs as the participants, will have no rights to any photos and videos taken of the group and yourself unless otherwise specifically stated in writing.

I release, waive, and indemnify and agree to hold Kimberly-Anne Lindsey, harmless for any and all manner of damages, injury, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, or attorney’s fees arising out of or related to the services and structured pack walks and hikes provided by Kimberly-Anne  Lindsey, without limitation. Any inaccuracies in any statements in this contract or verbally provided by me to Kimberly-Anne Lindsey including but not limited to my pet(s), pet history, dog bites, injury, or diseases, and any actions of my pet(s) immediately Kimberly-Anne Lindsey from this agreement, will be considered a breach of contract, and may be subject to not longer being able to participate in any and all events such as pack walks, hikes and community events.

I, the dog's Owner, release Kimberly-Anne Lindsey (Owner of "Outbound Canine Co.") of all liability including any and all harm that may fall upon you and your dog. We cannot account for others on the trail as these are public trails on public land. Kimberly-Anne Lindsey will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, diseases, viruses, illnesses, escapes, losses, or death to the dog(s) that are caused by circumstances, animals, or other people.

In the case of emergency or natural disaster, I (the dog(s) Owner), hereby authorize Kimberly-Anne Lindsey to use their reasonable judgment for the care and well-being of my pet(s). I authorize Kimberly-Anne Lindsey to seek emergency veterinary care and authorize the attending veterinarian to treat my pet(s) as listed above. I accept full responsibility for all fees related to any emergency care or treatment of my animal(s). I am aware small nicks and scrapes can occur during walks and hikes. I agree that I am fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment. I agree that I am assuming all risk of injury, accident, disease, virus, illness, escape, loss, death, or otherwise to my pet by allowing my pet to participate in services and walks with Kimberly-Anne Lindsey.

I confirm my pet(s) are up to date on all mandatory vaccinations. 

I have disclosed and shall continue to disclose any and all behavioral issues or other information to Kimberly-Anne Lindsey to the best of my knowledge about my pet(s) to ensure the safety of everybody including Kimberly-Anne Lindsey ("Pack Walk Host”), any Owner(s), and any pet(s) they may encounter. I understand that Kimberly-Anne Lindsey is relying on and will rely on the information I have disclosed and those representations to provide a safe environment for both humans and animals.

The Dog Owner understands that these Community Pack Walks are not a “quick fix” for training challenges. Progress and improvement is not guaranteed.

I understand the risk of group walks include, but is not limited to other dogs, other people, weather, vehicles and other things and reserves the right to deny any dog into the pack walk /hike for any reason.
