1. The Controller of your personal data is Polish Zeolite Association (Polskie Towarzystwo Zeolitowe - PTZ), ul. Niezapominajek 8, 30-239 Krakow, email:
ptz@ptz.org.pl. The Controller performs processing operations on your personal data, collected for the purpose of your participation in the scientific conference "23rd Zeolite Forum" .
2. Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the scientific conference "23rd Zeolite Forum" on the basis of the granted consent, pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR and in relation to bookkeeping and keeping financial accounts - pursuant to Article 6 (1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 74 (2) of the Accounting Act dated 29 September 1994.
3. The recipient of your personal data may be entities providing PTZ with services related to the organization of the above-mentioned event.
4. Your personal data shall be stored for the period required for the purposes specified in Clause 3 above. In the case of the processing of data for the purposes of bookkeeping and keeping financial accounts, your data shall be stored for the period of time stipulated by the applicable legal provisions concerning financial and tax records keeping. You have the right to obtain access to the details of your personal data, have any inaccurate or incomplete data rectified, restrict the extent of your personal data processing, withdraw any granted consents to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before this withdrawal. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office of Data Protection. The provision of your personal data is voluntary; nevertheless, it is necessary for the purpose of participating in the event. You shall not be subject to automated individual decision-making (without human intervention). Your personal data also shall not be used for the purposes of profiling. Furthermore, we inform you that, with regard to your personal data which are processed on the basis of your consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn in the form in which it was granted.
