Taming The Inner Parent From Hell and Reaching Out
The Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf is excited to host a series of presentations related to raising and working with deafblind children. All events are free, open to the public, and will be hosted through Zoom.

Parents, educators, and administrators caring for and supporting deafblind children are invited to join for an evening with Dr. Tim Hartshorne, who is a professor of psychology, specialized in school psychology at Central Michigan University.

This third event in the series will be "Taming The Inner Parent From Hell and Reaching Out". Every school is familiar with the parent from hell, and many parents are aware that this is the role they play. Finding a way to tame oneself without giving up on advocacy can be a more effective strategy for getting the best possible education for your child.

Please complete the form below to register for the event.  Event details to access the presentation through Zoom will be emailed to all registrants the morning of May 20, 2021.  For more information, please contact Mr. Donald Mazreku at dmazreku@wpsd.org
