IIIT-Delhi grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license (hereinafter referred to as “License”) authorizing the PI and the Users to access and use the Metabokiller  only for non-commercial and academic research purpose. This includes the right to access Metabokiller and its associated data resulting from the use of Metabokiller and to use such results for non-commercial research purposes, as well as to publish such results. The Licensee shall not distribute or use for commercial purpose the Metabokiller. The Licensee shall not modify the Metabokiller  and is obliged not to carry out substantive, partial or total extraction of the elements of the Metabokiller. IIIT-Delhi retains the right to modify the structure of the Metabokiller without notice.

IIIT-Delhi shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use and/or exploitation of and/or from the inability to use or exploit the Metabokiller by the Licensee. The Organization is fully responsible to have its Users comply with this License Agreement. The Organization shall indemnify, defend and hold IIIT-Delhi harmless against all claims by third parties arising out of any damage caused by such use.

Metabokiller is free for academic institutions, however, for commercial utilization a commercial license key is required. Users (academic/commercial) may request the license key from Dr. Gaurav Ahuja (gaurav.ahuja@iiitd.ac.in)
