What instrument does your child intend to play in their assigned band class during the school day and for concerts? *
For the instrument your child plays during the school day, do they have their own for summer practice or do you need to obtain one from MHS? Current 8th grade students will have to turn theirs in before the semester ends to NMS/EPMS. If you select that you need a "during the school day" instrument below, Mr. Shumick will contact you at the provided email addresse(s) and arrange for instrument pick-up after registration closes on May 15th.

Concert Band Attire: Required for Male Students ONLY. Tuxedo Shirt and Studs required for band class (order if you are a new student, or as needed for returning students who need replacements).  Shirt sizing will be determined at the start of the school year. The cost of ordered items will be added to an invoice you will receive via email in the near future. *
Tux shirt = $16  Tux Studs = $4.  Tuxedo shirts will only be ordered once at the beginning of the school year.
