Please remember that programming will be:
For students entering grades 6-7 in the fall of 2020 - Monday-Thursday, July 13-July 23rd
For students entering grades 8-9 in the fall of 2020 - Monday-Thursday, July 27th - August 6th

*Transportation will not be provided; parents/guardians/family members must drop off and pick-up students daily at LCOOC 9am-3pm

Orientation with families will be held virtually on Zoom to complete liability waivers.

Awards banquet will be recorded and available for parents and families to view.

The National Summer Transportation Institute is grant funded by the Federal Highway Administration and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.  The purpose of the program is to promote transportation related careers to middle/high school students.  Please type a 3-5 paragraph essay (3 sentences minimum in each paragraph) detailing: 1st Paragraph. Information about the student, how old are you, what school do you attend, what are your hobbies, etc.  2nd Paragraph. Why are you interested in attending the National Summer Transportation Institute?  3rd Paragraph. What are your current career goals, what do you want to do when you get older?  How would attending this program help you achieve those goals.  Why do you want to learn more about the transportation industry? *
