🧐NEDEN?
Gelişen teknoloji bize pek çok fayda getirdiği gibi kadınlara uygulanan şiddete de bambaşka bir boyut getirmiş oldu.
Tüm Dünya'da birçok kadın HER GÜN defalarca kez toplumun estetik veya ahlaki yargılarına uymadığı(!) , bazen ise sadece "kadın" olduğu gerekçesiyle dijital ve sosyal saldırıya uğruyor. Tüm bunlara dur demek için bir araya geliyoruz!
Sizce de artık buna bir dur deme zamanı gelmedi mi?

 VARIM, Peki nasıl?
Bizler, Türkiye WomenTechmakers ve Google Developers ekipleri olarak kadınların yaşadığı bu saldırılara çözüm üretmek üzere bir online hackathonda bir araya geliyoruz.
Sen de 28-29-30 Ağustos tarihlerinde gerçekleşecek bu hackathonda yerini ayırtıp, mentorler, eş zamanlı video konferanslar ve jüri eşliğinde, maksimum 4 kadın üyeden oluşan ekibini kurarak ya da tek başına fikrini hayata geçirme ve değerlendirme şansı yakalayabilirsin.

 We are here with a #hackathon event for women!

🧐 WHY?

Developing technology has brought many benefits to us but also brought a whole new perspective to #VIOLENCE #AGAINST #WOMEN.

Many women from all over the world are attacked digitally and socially because they do not comply with the aesthetic or moral judgments of the society (!) and sometimes
women are attacked on digital/social platforms just because of being a "woman".
We come together to say "STOP" to all this!

 Don't you think it's time to say "ENOUGH" to this?

I AM IN! How can I proceed?

We, as Turkey WomenTechmakers and Google Developers chapters, we came together with an online Hackathon to find solutions to these attacks that women encounter.

You can reserve your place in Hackathon, which will take place on 28th-29th-30th of August with a max of 4 female members or just by yourself to have a chance to work on and evaluate your idea
accompanied by mentors, video conferences, and a jury.
