To help us plan our enrollment for next year, we ask you to confirm that your child will return to Sci-Tech for the next school year. It is CRITICALLY important for us to determine how many open slots are available as we will begin to fill vacancies during the spring lottery. We are asking that you complete this form declaring your family's intentions. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 14, 2022. Siblings not currently enrolled at Sci-Tech, can be enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year by completing and returning an enrollment form to the school office no later than Wednesday, January 12, 2022. You many obtain an enrollment form from the school office or from our website at: www.sci-tech.wjusd.org.
