- Secures the venue and co-sponsorship with the Joe
- Liaison between the JCSU and the Executive Board
- Works with other Executive Director and Events Team on overall event schedule
- Oversees Events Team

- Liaison between the Children's Miracle Network at Renown and the Executive Board
- Works with other Executive Director and Events Team on overall event schedule
- Oversees Events Team
- Oversees entire Executive Board by leading weekly meetings
- Attend all Events Team meetings

Event Coordinators- 2
- Each Event Coordinator will be working under one of the Executive Directors on their respective duties
- Makes and distributes volunteer schedules for all events
- Helps come up with theme for event and smaller tablings  
- Helps with event scheduling (tabling events)
- Attend all Events Team meetings

Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Secures a local business (or businesses) to supply dinner for the Dance Marathon
- Solicits food donations from local companies for snacks and water for the event
- Solicits food donations from local companies for all tabling events
- Attend all Events Team meetings

VP Recruitment
- Oversees Recruitment Team and attends weekly Executive Board meetings
- Oversees Donor Drive email templates
- Involved in club outreach for event attendance
- Maintains communication (via Donor Drive) with all participants about upcoming events
- Attend all Recruitment Team meetings

Recruitment Chair- 2
- Present at club meetings about Dance Marathon
- Assist VP Recruitment with creating emails and club outreach
- Attend all Recruitment Team meetings

VP Marketing
- Oversees Marketing Team and attends weekly Executive Board meetings
- Coordinates all publicity events (posting fliers, chalking campus, submitting marketing to the Joe if necessary)
- Attend all Marketing Team meetings

Website Chair
- Keeps website updated with pictures, events, and news about Renown Children's Hospital
- Attend all Marketing Team meetings

Social Media Chair
- Keeps Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook updated with pictures and news about Dance Marathon
- Attend all Marketing Team meetings

Branding Chair
- Creates graphics for all social media
- Creates poster design based on theme
- Creates T-shirt design
- Attend all Marketing Team meetings

VP Relations
- Oversees Relations Team and attends weekly Executive Board meetings
- Come up with ways to integrate old and new Miracle Families to WPDM
- Plan and execute events for and with Miracle Families
-Secure performers for the event  
- Attend all Relations Team meetings

Morale Captains- 2
- Create Morale Dance and teach dance throughout the event
- Keep participants motivated and engaged at Dance Marathon
- MC's during the event
- Attend all Relations Team meetings

Hospital and Dancer Relations
- Plans events at the hospital like toy drives, parties for the kids, etc to keep dancers involved with the hospital outside of Dance Marathon
-Plans a monthly event with morale captain to help get dancers involved
-Liaison between CMN representatives and the club
-Assists VP Relations is contacting performers
- Attend all Relations Team meetings
