Families must complete a separate application form for each child that they wish to register for the 2022/23 school year. A $125 non-refundable registration fee is due with each application.

2022/23 New Families Registration Dates
Registration for the 2022-2023 school year opens on January 3, 2022.

New Family Registration Forms and a non-refundable $125 registration fee per child are due February 3, 2022 at 1pm.

2022/23 Registration Policies
* A complete application includes this Registration Form completed in full and a non-refundable $125 registration fee.  

* All New Family Registration Forms received between January 3, 2022 and February 3, 2022 at 1pm will be processed together, regardless of the date and time received.  These families will be given a placement according to the enrollment categories and registration points listed below and will receive their class confirmation by February 4, 2022.

Enrollment Categories
1st - Current Student: Students attending WPSN during the 2021-2022 school year
2nd - Returning Families: Sibling of Current or Former Student, and Former Students
3rd - New Student

Registration Points
Students within each enrollment category will be offered placements based on their number of registration points.

One registration point is given for each year that a current student or a sibling of a current or former student has attended WPSN (excluding Toddler Explorers).

Students whose parent is a member of the Board of Trustees for the 2021-2022 school year receive one additional registration point for the 2022-2023 school year.

When there are more applicants with the same number of points than there are spaces available, a lottery system will be used to assign placements and waiting lists will be established according to the enrollment categories above.

* All New Family Registration Forms received after February 3 at 1pm will be processed according to the date and time that both the form and registration fee are received.  Placements will be offered if space is available.  Enrollment categories and registration points do not apply to registrations received after February 3 at 1pm.

* Winnetka Public School Nursery reserves the right to cancel or change class offerings or programs at any time.

Tuition Policies
*All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable. Please see the Tuition Contract and the Parent Guide for terms and conditions.

* Tuition is divided into 3 equal installments. The first installment for New Students is due on February 9, 2022 at 12pm.

The second and third installments for all students are due on May 10, and July 12, 2022.
