Do you have extremely high utility bills and want to talk about it? Are you a Black woman or family member of someone who has experience death or near death experience while pregnant or giving birth? Are you or someone you know a survivor or victim of gun violence? We want to hear from you. Your story will help a LOT of people in the state of Georgia! Let us advocate for you and together we can create real and lasting change for all Georgians!

After completing this form, we may contact you about your experience; we may interview you in person and record your story via video or voice recording. We will contact you to schedule an interview if your story is selected and you consent to sharing your story.

We also may ask you to do a public interview or participate in a hearing to share your story, only if you are willing to. We are partnering with several organizations who are also interesting in your story and may contact you to hear more about your experience.
