Thank you for your interest in volunteering, the club couldn't run without the hard work and enthusiasm of our valued volunteers and staff.

Please read the following statements before submitting the form, sending the form in indicates that you  accept all conditions.

-I may be required to undertake training necessary for my role

-I give consent to any first aid and emergency treatment that I may need

-I will comply with Hackney RFC Safeguarding policies

-I will uphold the club values of respect and inclusion and the values of England Rugby of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship.

-I understand that all postholders are expected to be role models.

-I will not attend if I am unfit to carry out my duties, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

-I will update the Hackney RFC records with any emergency contact phone numbers or notable changes in any medical conditions, as necessary.

-I am happy for the club to apply for a DBS criminal record disclosure if required.
