Each data extract is provided to a single institution only. Studies with teams from multiple institutions must ensure each institution seeking to use data from the CUREd Research Database each request a (relevant) data extract. Such circumstances must also be fully disclosed to The University Of Sheffield (UOS) Team.

All studies must be discussed with a member of The UOS Team before the DAR Form will be accepted for submission.

By submitting this form you confirm that you agree, and you have confirmation from your co-applicants that they agree, to have project details (including applicant names and affiliations) published on the CUREd data release register should a data release be made. You and your co-applicants also agree to our processing of this data for the purposes of facilitating your data access request and for associated record keeping.
