From Your Kitchen to our Garden...

The Community Composting program @ Span Community House is now offering new and improved ways for people to participate.

We're expanding our systems to help more people to divert food waste from landfill and help us create beautiful compost for our Community Garden.

The Garden, in turn, gives us fresh produce to use in our cooking classes and Community Lunch program.

We're also hoping with enough participants we'll be able to give you access to compost material and worm tea to use in your own gardening in the near future.
