Welcome to the 2019  - 2020 School Year!  

We have some amazing opportunities for you to help with events and field trips and fulfill your volunteer hours, coming up this year.  Below are events, field trips and volunteer opportunities we have coming up this year and will give you an idea of when things occur.  By letting us know where and when you can help will not only help you plan, but us as well.  

The specific field trip requests will be sent to you via email with details of the trip closer to the actual field trip.

All volunteers must be EIM (Ethics and Integrity Ministry) Compliant. Information about upcoming workshops will be sent in a separate email.

You may NOT bring any siblings or child(ren) who are not St. Mary's Catholic School students.

FUNDRAISERS
The fundraisers help with the general operation of the school, such as teachers salaries, utilities, etc.  Please check YES if you will be participating in some capacity.
World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser: Aug 19 - Sept 13                                                     We sell the $2.00 bars with 30 to a box. *
Boo-tacular Family Fun Festival & 5K: Oct. 5 - West Temple Park                                                                              We will need lots of volunteers to help prep games with day of event *
Annual Appeal:  Sept 9 - Dec. 20                                                                                        This is one of the great ways families from out of town can help support us. *
Giving Tuesday - “Tele-a-thon”: Dec. 1                                                                              Another great ways families from out of town can help support us. *
Crawfish Boil: April 20                                                                                                              This is a great event co-hosted with our sister school Holy Trinity.   *
Walking for Education: May 8                                                                                                                               This is one of the great ways families from out of town can help support us. *

Marketing!  You are best advertising for our school.  You can help by attending networking events with Development Director, sharing our social media posts, sharing our events via email and best of all - word of mouth *
Donations - monetary/gift cards for events *
Donations - In-Kind (i.e. food for festival) *
Church Liaison - Be the point person at your church to help market the events, school, etc. *
Christmas Parade - parent walkers and ride on float are needed. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
