PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION & STILLNESS EVENING; Various modes of ease and self-care

ADAPTIVE MINDFUL YOGA IN A CHAIR: 60-minute sessions (days/times TBA) for those with mobility challenges; weakness, wheelchair bound, walker, or otherwise.

THE WORKOUT/WORKIN SERIES: Two 60-minute sessions in consecutive weeks (days/times TBA). Learn how to maintain and improve your aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, & mental clarity a few minutes each day.
