Our Summer Fair, the Bitterne MEGA Bonanza, (Saturday 6th July, 12pm-2:30pm) CAN NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS to help prepare the event and run the stalls on the day. We have some great activities and games planned, but we need YOUR help.

Please use this form to indicate if you are available to support. We shall have an online intro & planning meeting (1st May) to discuss the help needed to support the preparation activities, run a stall for an hour and/or clearing up after the event. We are only asking for an hour for help during the fair so you will still have time to enjoy the event with your family.

NOTE: We shall set up a WhatsApp group to make volunteer communication efficient and direct, by signing up to help you are acknowledging your acceptance to be added to this group - to be deleted after the event.

Help required includes, but is not limited to:

Prep work (Wed 3 - Fri 5 Jul, flexible)

- Collecting / sorting donations

- Labelling / marking up merchandise

- Preparing raffle prizes & ticketing

Set up (Morning of Fair 8-12am, when you can)

- Moving stall tables into position & gazebo erection

- Merchandise set up

- Games layout and prep

- Decorating

Event Help (12am - 2:30pm, 1-1.5 hour slots)

- Manning stalls, running games, selling raffle tickets

- Supply / restock of BBQ food & drinks

- Litter patrol

- Crowd/Queue control

Clean up (2:30-4pm)

- Boxing up & sorting leftovers

- Returning tables & gazebos

- Sweeping and tidying
